Step-Up Challenge Overview

1. What is the Step-Up Challenge?

The Step-Up Challenge is a wellness program that is designed to help you improve your health by walking.

There are two parts to the challenge, the 3-Week Step-Up Challenge and the 9-Week Step-Up Challenge.

You can earn a reward of up to $50 in Centennial Reward Points for completing both parts of the challenge. You get the first reward of $25 after successfully completing the first three weeks. You receive the second reward of $25 after successful completion of the 9-week challenge. Read the FAQs below to learn more.

2. What is the 3-Week Step-Up Challenge?

The 3-week challenge requires you to track your daily steps and meet the weekly step goal for three weeks. The weekly goal increases each week of the challenge.

For Week 1 your weekly step goal is a total of 30,000 steps. That means you need to average 5,000 steps a day for at least 6 out of 7 days.

For Week 2 your weekly step goal is a total of 45,000 steps. That means you need to average 7,500 steps a day for at least 6 out of 7 days.

For Week 3 your weekly step goal is a total of 60,000 steps. That means you need to average 10,000 steps a day for at least 6 out of 7 days.

Eligible members will earn $25 in Centennial Reward Points for successfully completing the 3-week challenge.

3. What is the 9-Week Step-Up Challenge?

The 9-week challenge requires you to track your daily steps and meet your weekly step goal for 9 consecutive weeks. You will have a chance to select a goal of 30,000, 45,000 or 60,000 steps per week for the 9-week challenge.

Eligible members will earn $25 in reward points for successfully completing the 9-week challenge.

Eligible members who successfully complete all three weeks of the 3-Week Step-Up Challenge will earn $25 in Centennial Reward Points.
